Approach
Operator-led
We run what we own
Three Shores Group is a UK-based holding company working building a small, focused portfolio of businesses.
Our background has covered companies across the UK, France, and the USA. We're familiar with the complexity unique to each market, and we bring a deep level of respect and learning mindset to each company we consider. Currently we own a food imports business together that supports Suppliers in the UK and Iceland who want to bring goods into the EU.
The name Three Shores reflects our shared expertise: three coastlines, three markets, one connected network. We identify opportunities where genuine commercial expertise creates a lasting edge.
Operator-led
Every business in our portfolio is actively managed. We bring commercial capability and operational discipline — not passive capital.
Trust & Technology
We don't believe AI can replace human-to-human connection. Long-term businesses are built on relationships and trust. We help bring AI into companies to scale employees and help them do what they do best — work directly with customers.
Long-term view
Sustainable margins, strong supplier and customer relationships, and steady compounding growth. We are not building to sell quickly.
